Our 2014, and 2015 event was the 2nd largest gathering on record. We hosted over 250 people from 34 states and 3 countries.


Our 2013 event was the 3rd largest gathering on record. We hosted over 225 people from 34 states and 3 countries.


Our 2012 event was the 4th largest gathering on record. We hosted over 200 people from 33 states and 3 countries.


Our 2011 event was the 5th largest gathering of Campus Fire & Risk Management Professionals on record. We hosted over 180 people from 36 states and 4 countries.

This two day event is designed for Campus Fire Safety, Security & Law Enforcement, EMS, Risk Management, Health & Safety, Fire Departments, Administrators, and those tasked with Managing these areas of responsibility.

We rely on our partners and exhibitors such as you to keep the costs to our conference attendees to a minimum. You will find no other conference dedicated to Campus; Fire Safety, EMS, Law Enforcement and Risk Management, offering the programs we do, a free hotel room, and all food and hospitality for what we charge.


Note: This conference will be marketed to Thousands of Fire Departments and just about every campus in the United States, parts of Canada and beyond. Partners will have their corporate names and information as part of this informational material sent to these institutions. Our distribution list is well over 5,000 people. In addition, our marketing tools take advertising of this event to over 20,000 people.  If you look at our website, we currently list our sponsors for several months before and after our conference.

Food and Lodging Package Costs

If you chose to be a partner or exhibitor, we require all partners/exhibitors to make all of your hotel reservations and pay directly to the Hyatt ($134.00 per night plus tax.). Food is provided for two free of charge.
